I should probably elaborate a bit on friday’s comic. Metagaming is a term that means using out-of-game information to affect in-game decisions. The “green neon” signs hovering above our gamebreaking hero, is the description you hardly ever notice, whenever you enter a zone or a building.

The idea that any character ingame would become aware of that information, aimed at the player, would fall under the category metagaming (and possibly crash all the roleplaying realms).

That being said, I wonder if we’re tearing down the fourth wall at the moment … hmm …
